Craft Fair Vendor Information Page
Dear Vendors,
We are excited for the 2025 Cheney Blackhawk Boosters Craft Fair! If you are interested in being a vendor, please submit your application HERE. After submitting your application, you will receive a response from craftfair.blackhawkboosters@gmail.com within 10 days. Once your application has been accepted you will receive a contract, invoice and group email information.
Raffle:
We would greatly appreciate donations for the raffle baskets to support our activities and sports. At the 2024 Craft Fair we raised over $1,100 for Cheney students through the raffle! As a donor, you will be recognized with signage on the raffle table, provided a Proud Donor sign for your booth, and receive 2 raffle tickets for your own chance to win! Please email us at craftfair.blackhawkboosters@gmail.com with questions and provide your donated item(s) by 9:00am on the morning of the event to one of our volunteers.
Food Orders! Please pre-order your vendor lunch HERE. Also, you may use the QR code to order directly from your booth the day of the craft fair for delivery. Please include your name on the order and your booth number, if available at the time of order.

Set-up is from 6:30am-9:45am Saturday, December 6th. (Sorry - no Friday set up time is available).
Doors are open for shoppers from 10am-4pm.
